Transliteration

dvijāya vedavijñāya guṇine nirmalātmane | viṣṇubhaktāya viduṣe ānṛśaṃsyaratāya ca

Translation

Hendaknya (anugerah itu) diberikan kepada dvija yang memahami Weda, berbudi dan berhati suci; kepada orang bijak yang menjadi bhakta Viṣṇu, serta kepada mereka yang tekun dalam welas asih.
