मेनापि तां सुतां लब्ध्वा धन्यं मेने गृहाश्रमम् । तां दृष्ट्वा जायमानां च स्वेच्छयैव वराननाम्
menāpi tāṃ sutāṃ labdhvā dhanyaṃ mene gṛhāśramam | tāṃ dṛṣṭvā jāyamānāṃ ca svecchayaiva varānanām
Menā pun, setelah memperoleh putri itu, menganggap kehidupan grihastha-nya penuh berkah. Melihat gadis berwajah elok itu lahir—seakan atas kehendaknya sendiri—ia pun bersukacita atas nasibnya.
