Indra (continuing address to Viṣṇu/Keśava)
Tirtha: Vastrāpatha-kṣetra (Prabhāsa ambit)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Indra proposes a measured outcome: earth aligned back to devas, Bali confined to Pātāla, preventing renewed hostility; Viṣṇu listens as cosmic realms are implied.

The surrounding chapter belongs to Vastrāpathakṣetra Māhātmya; this verse itself is part of the Bali-related discourse.
None; it is a political-cosmic request concerning Bali’s placement in Pātāla.
