Demikianlah, dalam Skanda Mahāpurāṇa, dalam kompilasi berisi delapan puluh satu ribu śloka, pada bagian ketujuh—Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa—di bagian pertama, Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya, berakhir bab berjudul “Uraian Kemuliaan Mārkaṇḍeśvara”, yakni Bab 361.
