Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī
Scene: A devotee stands before the Kaśyapeśvara liṅga; a radiant aura surrounds the shrine; behind the devotee, symbols of prosperity (full granary, coins) and family continuity (child in arms) appear as allegorical motifs; dark smoke-like forms representing sins dissolve near the sanctum.
Darśana of the Lord in a famed tīrtha is upheld as both worldly welfare (prosperity, progeny) and spiritual purification (release from sin).
Kaśyapeśvara in Prabhāsa-kṣetra.
Darśana (beholding the liṅga) is the stated act; worship is not explicitly detailed in this verse.
