तस्य कर्णोत्पलानाम जाता कन्या सुशोभना । बहुपुत्रस्य चैका सा सर्वलक्षणलक्षिता
tasya karṇotpalānāma jātā kanyā suśobhanā | bahuputrasya caikā sā sarvalakṣaṇalakṣitā
Kepadanya lahir seorang putri bercahaya bernama Karṇotpalā, amat elok rupanya. Walau ia memiliki banyak putra, putri itulah yang menonjol, bertanda segala ciri keberuntungan.
