एवं संभाष्य भगवान्विष्णुः परममङ्गलः । वाली चेन्द्रांशसंभूतः सुग्रीवों शुमतः सुतः
evaṃ saṃbhāṣya bhagavānviṣṇuḥ paramamaṅgalaḥ | vālī cendrāṃśasaṃbhūtaḥ sugrīvoṃ śumataḥ sutaḥ
Setelah demikian bersabda, Bhagavān Viṣṇu yang maha-mangala (menetapkan bahwa) Vālī lahir dari bagian Sang Bulan, dan Sugrīva sebagai putra Śumata.
