Transliteration

upacāraiḥ ṣoḍaśabhirliṃgarūpī sadā śivaḥ | pūjyaḥ pradoṣavelāyāṃ nṛbhiḥ sarvārthasiddhaye

Translation

Sadāśiva yang senantiasa bersemayam dalam wujud Liṅga hendaknya dipuja pada waktu Pradoṣa dengan enam belas upacāra, agar segala tujuan hidup tercapai.
