वयं सर्वे तथा भूतास्तापसानां फलप्रदाः । तदा हत्यान्विताः सर्वे भविष्यंति तपस्विनः
vayaṃ sarve tathā bhūtāstāpasānāṃ phalapradāḥ | tadā hatyānvitāḥ sarve bhaviṣyaṃti tapasvinaḥ
“Kami semua adalah makhluk yang menganugerahkan buah kepada para tapasvin (pertapa). Jika kami tersangkut dengan dosa hatyā, maka semua pelaku tapa itu akan ternoda.”
