लोमश उवाच । यदा ब्रह्मांडमध्यस्था व्याप्ता देवा विषाग्निना । हरिब्रह्मादयो ह्येते लोकपालाः सवासवाः । तदा विज्ञापितः शंभुर्हेरंबेन महात्मना
lomaśa uvāca | yadā brahmāṃḍamadhyasthā vyāptā devā viṣāgninā | haribrahmādayo hyete lokapālāḥ savāsavāḥ | tadā vijñāpitaḥ śaṃbhurheraṃbena mahātmanā
Lomaśa berkata: Ketika para dewa yang berdiam di dalam lingkup jagat raya diliputi oleh api racun—Hari (Viṣṇu), Brahmā dan lainnya, para penjaga arah bersama Indra—maka Śambhu diberi kabar oleh Heraṃba yang berhati luhur (Gaṇeśa).
