बालको बक इत्येवं प्रतीतोऽतिप्रियः पितुः । चपलोऽतीव बालत्वे निसर्गादेव भद्रक
bālako baka ityevaṃ pratīto'tipriyaḥ pituḥ | capalo'tīva bālatve nisargādeva bhadraka
Sebagai anak kecil aku dikenal dengan nama ‘Baka’ dan sangat dicintai ayahku; namun, wahai orang baik, pada masa kanak-kanak aku memang amat gelisah menurut tabiatku.
