ततः पित्रा चिरं स्मृत्वा चिरं चाघ्राय मूर्धनि । चिरं दोर्भ्यां परिष्वज्य चिरंजीवेत्यु दाहृतः
tataḥ pitrā ciraṃ smṛtvā ciraṃ cāghrāya mūrdhani | ciraṃ dorbhyāṃ pariṣvajya ciraṃjīvetyu dāhṛtaḥ
Lalu sang ayah, lama mengenangnya, lama mencium ubun-ubunnya, lama memeluknya dengan kedua lengan, dan mengucap: “Hiduplah panjang umur!”
