नारद उवाच । अहल्या शापमापन्ना गौतमात्किल फाल्गुन । पुरा चेंद्रसमायोगे परं दुःखमुपागता
nārada uvāca | ahalyā śāpamāpannā gautamātkila phālguna | purā ceṃdrasamāyoge paraṃ duḥkhamupāgatā
Nārada berkata: “Wahai Phālguna, Ahalyā konon terkena kutuk dari Gautama; dan dahulu, karena perjumpaannya dengan Indra, ia jatuh ke dalam duka yang amat dalam.”
