तत्रैकः कालसंयुक्तः शेषास्त्वागंतवः स्मृताः । ये त्विहागंतवः प्रोक्तास्ते प्रशाम्यन्ति भेषजैः
tatraikaḥ kālasaṃyuktaḥ śeṣāstvāgaṃtavaḥ smṛtāḥ | ye tvihāgaṃtavaḥ proktāste praśāmyanti bheṣajaiḥ
Di sana satu (sebab) terikat pada Kala (Waktu) sehingga tak terelakkan; selebihnya dikenang sebagai ‘āgantuka’ (datang dari luar). Yang disebut āgantuka di sini dapat ditenteramkan dengan obat-obatan.
