निमित्तीकृत्य चात्मानं साध्वर्थे लिंगमर्चितम् । रोगाभिभूतो रोगैर्वा नाम्नामष्टोत्तरं शतम्

Transliteration

nimittīkṛtya cātmānaṃ sādhvarthe liṃgamarcitam | rogābhibhūto rogairvā nāmnāmaṣṭottaraṃ śatam

Translation

Menjadikan diri sebagai sebab (niat suci) dan demi tujuan kebajikan, hendaknya seseorang memuja liṅga. Barangsiapa terserang penyakit—oleh segala macam derita—hendaknya melafalkan seratus delapan nama suci.
