पूजां च जागरं कृत्वा मुच्येत्पारुष्यपापतः । इत्याह स्कंदप्रीत्यर्थं स्वयं तत्र महेश्वरः
pūjāṃ ca jāgaraṃ kṛtvā mucyetpāruṣyapāpataḥ | ityāha skaṃdaprītyarthaṃ svayaṃ tatra maheśvaraḥ
…dan setelah melakukan pemujaan serta berjaga semalam suntuk, seseorang terbebas dari dosa kekasaran dan kekejaman. Demikianlah Maheśvara sendiri bersabda di sana demi menyenangkan Skanda.
