आत्मनस्तु समं किंचिद्विलोक्य सुदुर्मते । तदाकर्ण्य च सावज्ञं वचः शर्वो विसिष्मिये
ātmanastu samaṃ kiṃcidvilokya sudurmate | tadākarṇya ca sāvajñaṃ vacaḥ śarvo visiṣmiye
Namun Śarva (Śiva), wahai yang amat tersesat, melihat sesuatu yang sebanding dengan diri-Nya; dan mendengar kata-kata yang menghina itu, Ia pun diliputi keheranan.
