इत्युक्तास्त्रिदशास्तेन साक्षात्कलयोनिना । जग्मुर्मेरुं प्रणम्येशं मर्करूपेण संवृताः

ityuktāstridaśāstena sākṣātkalayoninā | jagmurmeruṃ praṇamyeśaṃ markarūpeṇa saṃvṛtāḥ

Demikianlah, setelah dinasihati olehnya—Brahmā, sumber segala yuga—para dewa berangkat menuju Meru. Setelah bersujud kepada Īśa, mereka berjalan terselubung dalam wujud kera.
