Narrator (Purāṇic voice) with Samudra speaking again
Tirtha: Setubandha / Rāma-setu
Type: kshetra
Scene: At the sea’s edge, Rāma stands with bow lowered yet resolute; the ocean-personified (Varuṇa’s abode) rises in reverent form, speaking of a dried passage for crossing.
Dharma is fulfilled through proper means (upāya): guidance and cooperation replace anger and obstruction.
Setu/Rāmeśvaram is the implied crossing zone, sanctified by the ocean’s consent and instruction.
No explicit ritual; it is logistical instruction within a tīrtha-origin narrative.
