श्रीराम उवाच । का त्वं शुभे कस्य परिग्रहो वा केनावधूता विजने निरस्ता । मुष्टं धनं केन च तावकीनमाचक्ष्व मातः सकलं ममाग्रे
śrīrāma uvāca | kā tvaṃ śubhe kasya parigraho vā kenāvadhūtā vijane nirastā | muṣṭaṃ dhanaṃ kena ca tāvakīnamācakṣva mātaḥ sakalaṃ mamāgre
Śrī Rāma bersabda: “Wahai wanita yang suci dan mujur, siapakah engkau, dan istri siapakah engkau? Siapakah yang mengusirmu dan menelantarkanmu di tempat sunyi ini? Dan siapakah yang merampas segenggam hartamu? Wahai Ibu, katakanlah semuanya di hadapanku.”
