विमान्य च द्विजानेतानागमिष्यति यो नरः । स मे वध्यश्च दंड्यश्च निर्वास्यो विषयाद्बहिः

Transliteration

vimānya ca dvijānetānāgamiṣyati yo naraḥ | sa me vadhyaśca daṃḍyaśca nirvāsyo viṣayādbahiḥ

Translation

Siapapun yang menunjukkan penghinaan terhadap para Brahmana ini dan tidak datang, dia akan dikenakan hukuman mati dan sanksi, serta akan diasingkan ke luar wilayah kekuasaanku.
