śārdūlena kapīṃdrāṇāṃ sārāsāropavarṇanam | trayodaśyādyamāṃte ca laṃkāyāṃ divasaistribhiḥ

Di Laṅkā, mulai tithi ketiga belas dan selama tiga hari, Śārdūla menuturkan kepada para pemimpin pasukan Vānara mana yang hakiki dan mana yang semu—memilah inti dari sekadar bayang-bayangnya.
