तिलपिण्याकपिंडेन तृप्तिं यास्यामहे पराम् । चतुर्द्दश्याममावास्यां तथा च पितृतर्पणम्
tilapiṇyākapiṃḍena tṛptiṃ yāsyāmahe parām | caturddaśyāmamāvāsyāṃ tathā ca pitṛtarpaṇam
Dengan piṇḍa yang dibuat dari ampas wijen (tilapiṇyāka), kami akan memperoleh kepuasan tertinggi bagi para leluhur. Demikian pula, tarpaṇa bagi Pitṛ hendaknya dilakukan pada hari keempat belas dan pada hari bulan baru (amāvasyā).
