न वेदाध्ययनं तत्र न च यज्ञः प्रवर्तते । मनुजास्तत्र तिष्ठंति न कर्णाटभयार्दिताः
na vedādhyayanaṃ tatra na ca yajñaḥ pravartate | manujāstatra tiṣṭhaṃti na karṇāṭabhayārditāḥ
