Wahai Dewa, biarlah ada ratusan kelahiran bagiku, namun semoga Māyā—penyebab kebodohan—tidak memasuki batinku. Bahkan setengah detik pun, janganlah hatiku berpaling dari padma kaki-Mu. Wahai Īśa, sembah sujud—sembah sujud kepada-Mu.
Śabarī
Scene: A devotee prostrates repeatedly before Īśa, while a shadowy Māyā figure is kept outside the mind’s threshold; the heart is shown tethered to lotus-feet by a luminous thread of remembrance.
Unbroken remembrance of Śiva protects the mind from Māyā; devotion is valued above the count of births.
No geographical tīrtha is mentioned; the verse emphasizes inner pilgrimage—abiding at the Lord’s feet in the heart.
A devotional discipline is implied: continuous smaraṇa (remembrance) and namaskāra (salutation) to Īśa.
