ध्यानादेव हि तन्नश्येन्नान्यथा नाशमृच्छति । वाचिकं जपजालेन कायिकं कायशोषणात्

dhyānādeva hi tannaśyennānyathā nāśamṛcchati | vācikaṃ japajālena kāyikaṃ kāyaśoṣaṇāt

Sesungguhnya itu lenyap hanya melalui meditasi; dengan cara lain ia tidak berakhir. Dosa lisan dihancurkan oleh jalinan japa, dan dosa jasmani oleh tapa pengendalian diri yang ‘mengeringkan’ tubuh.
