Umā-caritra-prārthanā: Ṛṣayaḥ Sūtaṃ Pṛcchanti

यस्याः स्मरणमात्रेण पुरुषार्थचतुष्टयम् । अनायासेन लभते कस्त्यजेत्तां नरोत्तमः

yasyāḥ smaraṇamātreṇa puruṣārthacatuṣṭayam | anāyāsena labhate kastyajettāṃ narottamaḥ

Dengan hanya mengingat Dewi Umā, empat tujuan hidup—dharma, artha, kāma, dan mokṣa—diperoleh tanpa susah payah; siapakah insan mulia yang akan meninggalkan Beliau?
