Account of the Birth/Origin of Vyāsa
दशाश्वमेधमीशानं द्रुमिचण्डेशमेव वा । दृक्केशं गरुडेशं वा गोकर्णेशं गणेश्वरम्
daśāśvamedhamīśānaṃ drumicaṇḍeśameva vā | dṛkkeśaṃ garuḍeśaṃ vā gokarṇeśaṃ gaṇeśvaram
Seseorang hendaknya memuja atau mengingat Śiva sebagai Īśāna yang termasyhur bernama Daśāśvamedha; atau sebagai Drumicaṇḍeśa, Dṛkkeśa, Garuḍeśa, serta Gokarṇeśa—Gaṇeśvara, Penguasa para Gaṇa.
