Melihatnya hendak menangkapnya lagi, Vāsavī pun berbicara sekali lagi.
Vāsavī
Tattva Level: pashu
Role: teaching
It highlights kāma (unrestrained desire) as a binding pasha that degrades discernment; Shaiva teaching urges purification and self-mastery so the pashu may turn toward Pati (Shiva).
The narrative contrasts agitation of the senses with the steadiness sought in Shiva-bhakti; Linga worship trains the mind toward one-pointedness and purity, opposing the turbulence of lust.
Cultivate indriya-nigraha through japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and daily śauca; where applicable, support it with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa as reminders of restraint and devotion.
