Dari keduanya lahirlah Dakṣa, sang Prajāpati. Wahai resi, ia pun terlahir amat bercahaya sebagai bagian dari Soma.

It frames Dakṣa’s role as a divinely-empowered progenitor: cosmic authority and brilliance arise from higher principles (here, Soma’s amśa), reminding the seeker that all power is derivative and ultimately subordinate to Pati (Śiva), the supreme Lord beyond the created order.
By showing that even Prajāpatis originate from divine portions, the text supports Saguna worship: devotees honor Śiva as the source and regulator of all manifested powers, with the Liṅga as the stable, transcendent sign of that supreme Pati behind changing cosmic lineages.
A practical takeaway is to contemplate the “amśa” principle—offer all personal brilliance and authority back to Śiva through daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and simple Liṅga-pūjā, cultivating humility and devotion.
