It highlights that even exalted, created or assumed forms gain sanctity through association with Vedic revelation and the presence of Siddhas—pointing to the Shaiva view that true spiritual authority rests on śāstra (scripture) and realized beings, culminating in devotion to Pati (Shiva).
By describing a ‘constructed’ form that still recites sacred hymns and is attended by Vedic and perfected forces, the verse supports the Purāṇic principle that Saguna manifestations (including Linga worship) are valid, consecrated supports (ālambana) for approaching the transcendent Shiva.
Regular pāṭha (recitation) of sūktas/mantras with scriptural fidelity—especially Shaiva mantra-japa such as the Pañcākṣarī ‘Om Namaḥ Śivāya’—is implied as a practical means to align one’s worship with Vedic sanctity.
