Wahai yang membawa keberkahan, setelah memahami demikian, apa lagi yang hendak kaukatakan kepada kami? Wahai yang mulia, urusan ini menurut perintahmu—lakukanlah sesuai kehendakmu.
Himālaya (Pārvatī’s father), speaking to Pārvatī
Tattva Level: pashu
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
It highlights dharmic consent and auspicious resolve: when the truth is understood, the righteous course is to support the devotee’s inner conviction—here, Pārvatī’s sacred intention oriented toward Śiva.
In the Pārvatīkhaṇḍa narrative, Pārvatī’s intention is directed toward attaining Śiva (Saguna Śiva as the personal Lord). Such supportive consent becomes part of the unfolding path that culminates in her disciplined devotion and Śiva’s grace.
The verse itself emphasizes obedience to an auspicious vow and decisive action; in the surrounding Shaiva context this typically matures into vrata and tapas supported by mantra-japa (often the Panchākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and focused devotion to Śiva.
