Pārvatī’s Request: Śiva to Seek Her in Beggar-Form at Himālaya’s Court
Bahkan bila Aku menjadi pengemis, Aku takkan meminta apa pun darimu.
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Bhairava
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
It highlights Shiva’s vairāgya (dispassion) and self-sufficiency: the Lord refuses to rely on worldly relations or wealth, modeling the Shaiva Siddhanta ideal of freedom from pasha (bondage) through non-attachment.
As Saguna Shiva, the Lord demonstrates humility and detachment, teaching devotees that true worship of the Linga is not transactional; devotion should be offered without bargaining for material gain.
A practical takeaway is to perform japa of the Panchakshara ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") with a vow of simplicity, offering worship with bhasma/tripuṇḍra and a restrained, non-demanding prayer (niṣkāma bhakti).
