Kini aku ingin mendengar kisah paling mulia tentang Gaṇeśa—kelahiran dan laku ilahinya, yang merupakan keberkahan tertinggi di antara segala keberkahan.

The verse frames Gaṇeśa’s birth-story as inherently “divine” and “supremely auspicious,” indicating that śravaṇa (devotional listening) itself becomes a purifying act that removes obstacles (vighna) and prepares the seeker for Shiva-centered worship and grace.
In the Rudrasaṃhitā’s narrative flow, honoring Gaṇeśa—Shiva’s gaṇa-adhipati—supports the orderly commencement of Saguna Shiva worship (including Liṅga-pūjā), emphasizing auspicious preparation before approaching the Lord’s sacred form.
A direct takeaway is śravaṇa and smaraṇa: begin worship by respectfully invoking Gaṇeśa for obstacle-removal, then proceed with Shiva-upāsanā (e.g., japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” and traditional Shaiva marks like bhasma/tripuṇḍra where appropriate).
