Ṣaḍvidhārtha-Parijñāna: Praṇavārtha and the Sixfold Unity of Meaning (षड्विधार्थपरिज्ञानम् / प्रणवार्थपरिज्ञानम्)
एतं यंत्रं समालिख्य प्रणवे नव वेष्टयेत् । तदुत्थेनैव नादेन विद्यन्नादावसानकम्
etaṃ yaṃtraṃ samālikhya praṇave nava veṣṭayet | tadutthenaiva nādena vidyannādāvasānakam
Setelah yantra suci ini digambar dengan saksama, hendaknya ia melingkupinya sembilan kali dengan Praṇava “Oṁ”. Dari nāda yang timbul dari Praṇava itu, sang sādhaka menyadari arus nâda hingga lenyap pada akhirnya.

It presents a Shaiva yogic method where Praṇava (Oṁ) generates nāda (inner sound), and the sādhaka learns to trace that vibration to its cessation—an inward movement toward Shiva as the supreme Pati beyond mental turbulence.
The yantra and the ninefold encircling with Oṁ function as a ritual–meditative support (saguṇa upāsanā) that steadies attention; through nāda, the worship matures toward subtler realization, where the mind rests in Shiva’s presence beyond form.
Draw the prescribed yantra, then perform nine encirclings/coverings with the Praṇava (Oṁ) and meditate on the arising inner sound (nāda), following it inward until it naturally quiets into stillness.
