Soma Pavamāna’s purification through the pavitra (filter) and his enthronement as the life-giving, wealth-bestowing draught in the sacrifice
पवस्व सोम मधुमां ऋतावापो वसानो अधि सानो अव्ये अव द्रोणानि घृतवन्ति रोह मदिन्तमो मत्सर इन्द्रपानः
pavasva soma madhumāṃ ṛtāvāpo vasāno adhi sāno avye ava droṇāni ghṛtavanti roha madintamo matsara indrapānaḥ

Mengalirlah, wahai Soma, bermadu dan selaras dengan ṛta; mengenakan air-air suci, dibaringkan di atas saringan wol (avya). Turunlah ke palung-palung yang kaya ghee; yang paling memabukkan, tegukan yang menggembirakan, minuman Indra.
