अस्य प्र जातवेदसो विप्रवीरस्य मीळ्हुषः । महीमियर्मि सुष्टुतिम् ॥

Transliteration

asyá prá jā́tavedaso víprāvīrasya mīḷhúṣaḥ | mahī́m iyarmi suṣṭutím ||

Translation

Kepada Jātavedas ini—yang kaya akan para pahlawan ilham dan dermawan melimpah—kuangkat sebuah kidung pujian yang agung dan tersusun indah.
