इन्द्रजितः ब्रह्मास्त्र-यागः तथा वानरसेनाविध्वंसः

अन्यानपितदामुख्यान्वानरान् बहुभिश्शरैः ।।।।अर्दयामाससङ्कृद्धःकालानगिरिवमूर्छितः ।
anyān api tadā mukhyān vānarān bahubhiḥ śaraiḥ |
ardayāmāsa saṅkṛddhaḥ kālānagir iva mūrcchitaḥ ||
Dan kemudian, dengan sangat marah, ia menyiksa banyak pemimpin Wanara lainnya dengan panah yang tak terhitung jumlahnya, bagaikan api kiamat yang berkobar tak terkendali.
