Bertubuh raksasa, besar keberanian dan luhur jiwa, ia bersinar laksana pohon aśoka yang sedang berbunga, laksana api yang menyala tanpa asap.
The gigantic Hanuman, exceedingly valiant and courageous one shone like a fully blossomed Ashoka tree, resembled smokeless fire.
The verse suggests the dharmic ideal of inner purity and disciplined power: like smokeless fire, true strength is luminous and effective without needless haze of confusion or malice.
In the midst of battle, Hanuman’s presence is described as radiant and awe-inspiring despite being under attack.
Tejas (splendor/inner radiance) joined with courage and nobility of mind.
