युद्धकाण्डे त्रिपञ्चाशः सर्गः — धूम्राक्षवधश्रवणं, वज्रदंष्ट्रप्रेषणं, अङ्गद-राक्षसयुद्धम्

ततोविचित्रकेयूरमुकुटैश्चविभूषितः ।तनुत्राणिचसमावृत्यसधनुर्निर्ययौद्रुतम् ।।।।

tato vicitra-keyūra-mukuṭaiś ca vibhūṣitaḥ |

tanutrāṇi ca samāvṛtya sa dhanur niryayau drutam ||

Kemudian ia berhias gelang lengan dan mahkota yang indah; setelah mengenakan baju zirah pelindung, ia segera melesat keluar dengan busur di tangan.
