लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च
Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation
सागरस्येवमेवेगोमारुतस्येवमेगति: ।नहिदाशरथिर्वेदतेनमांयोद्धुमिच्छति ।।।।
sāgarasyeva me vegaḥ mārutasyeva me gatiḥ |
na hi dāśarathir veda tena māṃ yoddhum icchati ||
“Kekuatan-ku laksana gelora samudra, dan kelincahan-ku laksana Sang Bayu. Putra Daśaratha belum mengetahui hal itu; sebab itulah ia ingin bertempur denganku.”
Even the Rakshasas heard the roaring of Vanaras in their pride that was bellowing like that of clouds in the sky.
