All these vanara leaders and heroes are highly capable and for your happiness they are even ready to enter fire. I know this from their joy and I even infer that it is certain (to happen).
Dharma here is expressed as loyal service to a righteous cause: the vānaras’ willingness to endure even extreme hardship for Rāma’s just mission reflects steadfast commitment and self-sacrifice in support of truth.
On the eve of the Laṅkā campaign, Rāma’s allies are being described as fully ready for the undertaking; their morale and resolve are emphasized in counsel to Rāma.
Utsāha (courageous resolve) and bhakti/niṣṭhā (devoted loyalty) of the vānaras—shown through readiness to face even ‘fire’ for the beloved objective.
