'O dear! the moist winds have ceased to blow as before and are carrying the fragrance of kutaja and arjuna flowers.
Dharma is acting in the proper season: when obstacles (monsoon) end, delay becomes negligence. Nature’s shift is presented as a moral reminder to fulfill promises and duties.
Rama notes the end of monsoon conditions and the signs of autumn, implying that Sugriva’s promised assistance should now be activated without postponement.
Patience turning into rightful urgency—enduring hardship, yet insisting on timely fulfillment of pledged action.
