The Monsoon Description and Rama’s Counsel on Timing
मेघाभिकामा परिसम्पतन्तीसम्मोदिता भाति बलाकपङ्क्तिः।वातावधूता वरपौण्डरीकीलम्बेव माला रचिताम्बरस्य।।
meghābhikāmā parisampatantī sammuditā bhāti balāka-paṅktiḥ | vātāvadhūtā vara-pauṇḍarīkī lambeva mālā racitāmbarasya ||
Bergembira dan terbang dalam rindu kepada awan, barisan burung balākā (bangau) tampak berkilau; terombang-ambing oleh angin, laksana untaian panjang teratai putih pilihan yang dirangkai melintang di hamparan langit.
