एवं साधयती तत्र तपः सा च व्यवस्थिता । ज्ञात्वा गतां गिरिसुतां दैत्यस्तत्रांतरे बली

evaṃ sādhayatī tatra tapaḥ sā ca vyavasthitā | jñātvā gatāṃ girisutāṃ daityastatrāṃtare balī

Demikianlah ia tetap teguh di sana menunaikan tapa. Sementara itu, Daitya yang perkasa, setelah mengetahui bahwa Putri Gunung telah pergi ke sana, datang pada sela waktu itu.
