Narada (teaching/instructional narration within Uttara-Bhaga)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes that pilgrimage/vow-related merit is supported by disciplined ritual acts—offering pure naivedya (sweet foods) and performing measured charity (gold and silver), showing devotion through both worship and generosity.
Bhakti here is expressed as tangible service: preparing and offering sattvic foods and giving gifts according to prescribed measure, aligning devotion with humility, purity, and reverence for sacred observances.
It reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure) through specific naivedya items and standardized measurement (guñjā) used in dāna, indicating the importance of precise ritual quantification.
