शिशूनां वलिगात्राणां न युक्तं समुपोषणम् । यज्ञभोगोद्यतानां च संग्रामक्षितिसेविनाम् ॥ ७६ ॥
śiśūnāṃ valigātrāṇāṃ na yuktaṃ samupoṣaṇam | yajñabhogodyatānāṃ ca saṃgrāmakṣitisevinām || 76 ||
Puasa yang sangat ketat tidaklah pantas bagi bayi, bagi mereka yang tubuhnya lemah dan kurus, bagi orang yang sedang terlibat dalam menikmati persembahan yajña, maupun bagi mereka yang bertugas di medan perang dan menjaga negeri.
