व्यापकत्वेन सर्वांगे मूर्द्धादिप्रपदावधि । न्यसेद्विद्याक्षराण्येषु स्थानेषु तदनंतरम् ॥ ४५ ॥

vyāpakatvena sarvāṃge mūrddhādiprapadāvadhi | nyasedvidyākṣarāṇyeṣu sthāneṣu tadanaṃtaram || 45 ||

Dengan memandang mantra sebagai yang meresapi segalanya, lakukan nyāsa suku kata Vidyā pada seluruh tubuh—dari ubun-ubun hingga telapak kaki—pada tempat-tempatnya masing-masing, sesudah itu.
