हयमारद्वयेनैव हृदि मूर्ध्नि तथा पुनः । पद्मद्वयं च विधिवत्ततः शीर्षे समर्पयेत् ॥ ५६ ॥
hayamāradvayenaiva hṛdi mūrdhni tathā punaḥ | padmadvayaṃ ca vidhivattataḥ śīrṣe samarpayet || 56 ||
Dengan pasangan mantra ‘Hayamāra’ saja, lakukan nyāsa di hati lalu kembali di ubun-ubun; kemudian menurut tata-vidhi, persembahkan pasangan mantra ‘Padma’ di atas kepala.
