Mantra-Māhātmya and Sādhana of Kārtavīryārjuna

स्पृष्ट्वा कुंभं जपेन्मन्त्रं सहस्रं विजितेंद्रियः । अभिषिं चेत्तदंभोभिः प्रियं सर्वेष्टसिद्धये ॥ २८ ॥
spṛṣṭvā kuṃbhaṃ japenmantraṃ sahasraṃ vijiteṃdriyaḥ | abhiṣiṃ cettadaṃbhobhiḥ priyaṃ sarveṣṭasiddhaye || 28 ||
Setelah menyentuh kumbha, sang pelaku yang menaklukkan indria hendaknya melafalkan mantra seribu kali. Lalu dengan air itu juga ia melakukan abhiṣeka bagi Dewa terkasih, demi tercapainya segala tujuan yang diinginkan.
